By using BookingFlows to make a reservation, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking Process

When you make a booking through our platform, you are entering into a contract with the service provider, not with BookingFlows. We facilitate the booking and payment process.

3. Payment and Fees

Prices displayed include the service cost and applicable taxes and fees. A platform fee of 5.9% plus $0.30 is applied to all bookings. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual service providers. Please review the specific cancellation policy for your booking before completing your purchase.

5. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and completing a booking or creating an account on BookingFlows, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages for transactional purposes including:

• Booking confirmations and reminders
• One-time passwords (OTP) and two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Schedule updates and reservation changes
• Account notifications and security alerts

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For questions, contact support@bookingflows.zendesk.com.

SMS messages are not used for promotional or marketing purposes. By opting in, you agree to our SMS Privacy Policy.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. BookingFlows acts as a booking platform and is not liable for service provider actions or service quality.

7. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, comply with service provider policies, and use the platform lawfully and respectfully.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookingFlows is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it. Our liability is limited to the platform fee paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to services should be resolved directly with the service provider. Platform-related disputes may be subject to arbitration.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the BookingFlows platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BookingFlows or its licensors.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform for violations of these Terms of Service.
